Details announced of the Fixed Costs for Clin Neg cases
Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt has unveiled the details of the fixed costs for clinical negligence cases. The consultation also puts forward a number of options for the level of fees. The Department of Health has said that the scheme will be mandatory for all claims worth up to £25,000 and the consultation will also consider other issues such as the use of experts and Civil Procedure Rules.
