Tim founded TRS Legal Costs Ltd after over 25 years as a Law Costs Draftsman. A Fellow of the ALCD, he has grown the firm from a sole practice to a 16-strong team. He specialises in Civil, Civil Legal Aid, and High-Cost Case Plans. Tim’s leadership ensures quality and expertise across every client matter.
Meet Gareth Lewis
Gareth has worked in legal costs since 1994, qualifying as a Costs Lawyer in 2011. With in-house experience at a prominent South Wales practice, he drafts bills, negotiates settlements, and handles complex civil litigation costs.
